During the talks, Fidan is expected to express satisfaction with what is described as a constructive atmosphere in relations between the two countries, as well as the growing momentum in dialogue following an increase in high-level engagements.
He is also expected to emphasize that the Strategic Dialogue Mechanism serves as an important framework for assessing the strategic dimension of bilateral ties and enhancing coordination between the two foreign ministries, while voicing confidence that discussions under this platform will further strengthen cooperation.
In addition, Fidan is expected to highlight the significance of the Turkish community in Germany as a key element in bilateral relations, stressing the importance of ensuring the well-being, security, and prosperity of the Turkish diaspora, according to reports.
